Terms & License Conditions

1. Scope and Object

These License Terms and Service Conditions govern the use of standard software, add-ons, extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and applications (including Error Monitor and other solutions developed by Auba DCS) made available to the client (hereinafter, the "Licensee").

• Licensor: Auba Dynamic Consulting Solutions S.L., with registered address at Carrer Pérez Galdós 107, Inca, Balearic Islands, VAT ID B-27772011.
• Acceptance: The use, installation, or download of any software or solution by Auba DCS implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. License and Subscription Model

• Cloud / SaaS Subscription Model: Non-exclusive revocable temporary license tied to active subscription fee payments.
• Renewal & Cancellation: The subscription automatically renews for consecutive 12-month or monthly periods unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days prior.

3. Use Rights and Restrictions

Auba DCS grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Sublicensing, reselling, decompiling, or reverse engineering source code without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Warranty and Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Support Channel: Technical support requests shall be processed through the official email support@aubadcs.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

Total liability of Auba DCS for any contractual claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the license during the preceding 6 months.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca.
